It depends on what you need us to look after. The main factors are the number of people and devices, whether you have servers or a firewall to manage, how much on-site support you need, and add-ons such as backup or Microsoft licences. We give you a clear monthly quote after a free IT assessment, once we know what you actually have.
Yes. We review your Microsoft 365 security, devices, backup and network, and give you a plain-English report with priorities. There’s no cost for the assessment. Call 778-636-5610 or book online to arrange it.
Paying per fix means nobody is looking after your systems between problems. A monthly plan covers monitoring, updates and support, so issues are caught early, costs are predictable, and the people helping you already know your setup.

There’s no single fix. The basics that stop most attacks are multi-factor sign-in on every account, managed and updated devices, email filtering, a properly configured firewall, and backups that ransomware can’t reach and that are tested regularly. We check all of these in the free assessment.
Microsoft keeps the service running and has recycle bins and retention for deleted items, but these hold data for a limited time and aren’t a separate backup. We recommend a third-party backup of Microsoft 365, with restores tested regularly.
Yes. We plan and run migrations of email, calendars and files to Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams, timed so your team can keep working during the move.
Yes. We check who can see what in Microsoft 365 first, set up the tools with the right admin settings, and train your staff on real day-to-day tasks.
