Microsoft licensing (CSP)

The right Microsoft 365 plan for each person, bought through Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program and managed alongside your IT support.

What’s included

What we look after

  • The right plan per person

Not everyone needs the same licence. We match Business Basic, Standard, Premium and other plans to how each person works.

  • Monthly billing

Licences billed monthly through NEM Solutions, with one point of contact for licensing and support.

  • Regular reviews

Licences checked against your staff list, so you don’t keep paying for people who have left.

  • Add-ons when they help

Microsoft 365 Copilot, extra storage, Visio, Project or Teams Phone, added only for the people who need them.

  • Renewals and terms

We explain the choice between monthly and annual terms and track renewal dates for you.

  • Licensing questions answered

Plain answers on what each plan includes, so you don’t pay for features twice.

Common problems

Sounds familiar?

If any of these describe your office, it’s worth a conversation.

  • You’re paying for licences of people who left months ago.
  • Everyone is on the same plan, whether they need it or not.
  • Licences are on a credit card in someone’s name.
  • You aren’t sure which Microsoft 365 features you already pay for.
  • Renewals arrive as a surprise.

How it works

How we get you there

  1. Step 1: Review

We compare your current licences with your staff list and what each person really uses.

  2. Step 2: Right-size

Plans adjusted per person, unused licences removed, and a clear recommendation on monthly or annual terms.

  3. Step 3: Manage

Licences added and removed as people join and leave, and reviewed regularly with your support.

Questions

Common questions

What is the CSP program?

Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider program lets partners like NEM Solutions sell and manage Microsoft licences. You get the same Microsoft 365 services, with licensing and support from one local team.

Monthly or annual terms: which is better?

Annual terms cost less, but seats can usually only be reduced at renewal. Monthly terms cost more but can be reduced month to month. Many offices mix both: annual for stable roles, monthly for seasonal staff.

Can we move our existing licences to NEM?

Yes. Your users, email and files stay where they are; only the billing and licence management move. We time the change around your current renewal dates.
